Catering FAQs.

How far in advance should I book?
For weddings and large events, reach out 3–6 months ahead — summer weekends fill fast. For company lunches and smaller parties, 2–4 weeks is usually plenty. We'll always tell you honestly if we can make a date work.
What's your service area?
We cover Post Falls, Coeur d'Alene, Hayden, Rathdrum, and greater Spokane including Spokane Valley. Events farther out are welcome too — a travel fee may apply.
Do you do drop-off, or cook on-site?
Both. Drop-off is great for office lunches and smaller gatherings. For weddings and bigger events we recommend full-service — we park, smoke, serve, and clean up so you don't have to think about food.
Is there a minimum?
Catering starts around 25 guests for full-service. Smaller order? Ask us about by-the-pound pickup. Tell us your headcount and we'll point you to the right option.
Can you handle dietary needs?
Our menu is meat-forward BBQ, but several sides are vegetarian-friendly and we can accommodate dietary requests with advance notice. Just let us know when you request a quote.
How do we lock in a date?
Send us the date, headcount, and event type through the form and we'll get a quote back to you — usually the same day. A deposit holds your date once you're ready.
